Master Mentoring

I would say that the growth mindset helps me to focus more on the journey than the destination. Encouraging the effort made and asking what led to the desired results. I would also focus on small wins. Looking at the drama try angle, I would ask what wins there have been, then celebrate them in order to move from a victim to an innovator.

This reminds me of the potential wall. We know instinctively that we have more potential than our performance, but we don't know how to unlock this potential.

I quickly came to the conclusion that it was impossible within the 9 dot boundary, so, knowing there was some trick, I listened to the instructions again and there were two things not said

1. That you could cross over a previous line

2. you could go outside the 9 dots.

Then the solution became apparent
